Wholesale Ordering Terms
These Wholesale Ordering Terms govern the trade relationship between Alpha Pet Supplies and our approved retail partners. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these specific trade conditions.
1. Account Approval
Wholesale accounts are granted only to registered businesses with a valid ABN. We primarily serve pet specialty retailers, vet clinics, and grooming salons in South Australia. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on business type and location.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
To maintain our wholesale pricing, a minimum order value (MOV) of $150.00 applies to all transactions. Individual products must be ordered in their specified pack configurations:
- 5 Pack / 10 Pack: Standard retail-ready configurations.
- Bulk: Loose bulk items restricted to approved “bulk bin” retailers.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices quoted in the portal are wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material availability and market conditions. We will provide 14 days’ notice for any significant price adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
New customers are required to pay via Pro-Forma Invoice (prior to shipping) for their first three orders. Following this initial period, retailers may apply for standard 7-day or 14-day credit terms, subject to approval.
5. Shipping & Delivery
As a South Australian specialist, we offer:
- Adelaide Metro: Flat rate delivery or free shipping for orders over $500.
- Regional SA: Delivery calculated based on weight and destination.
- Turnaround: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
6. Claims & Returns
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. As our treats are natural products derived from 100% South Australian produce, slight variations in color and size are normal and do not constitute grounds for return.
